Returns & Refund Policy

7-day return window

If an item isn't right for you, write to support@dhaga-dori.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return.

How returns work

• Return pickup and shipping are free — you don't pay anything to send an item back.
• We'll ask that the item be laundered before pickup, in line with standard hygiene practice for bedding.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once issued, it can take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
